My life for the past two weeks was occupied by my position as volunteer coordinator for a national high school sailing regatta, followed by my attempt to catch up on all the other facets of my life.
In the midst of my preoccupation, I had the good fortune to have an oil painting, by the masterfully talented Edward B. Gordon, arrive at my home on the lake.
This small work of art is on a world tour to celebrate the first year's sales of Edward's daily oil paintings, sold on his website.
With a month spent at each stop, I discovered that this painting will carry Edward's artistic essence on it's good will journey for over three years. Bon Voyage Edward!
