Henri Cartier-Bresson, Robert Capa, George Rodger, and David "Chim" Seymour, co-founded Magnum Photos. They shared what Magnum Photos defines as an idiosyncratic mix of reporter and artist. These four men led the way for independent photojournalists to work outside the formulas of magazine journalism.
Awarded critical acclaim and honors, Zoriah has shot, in his career as an independent photojournalist, a remarkable range of visually and emotionally powerful images. His photography touches our empathy and compassion. His extensive humanitarian work involves the viewer in catastrophic events suffered by ordinary people. Zoriah's photographs of children capture their innocent resilience in the midst of numbing destruction, or grievous living conditions.
